• PlaySurge shows public Roblox game data and stats that developers choose to share. We try to keep it accurate, but numbers can be delayed or wrong. Don't make big decisions on them alone.
• Rankings, pros and cons are worked out from data. Paying us never changes them.
• Don't scrape the site aggressively, attack it, or submit games you don't have the right to list.

Paid features

• Boosts and sponsor spots buy visibility for a set time and are always labeled "Sponsored". They don't guarantee any number of players.
• If a paid spot doesn't run because of a problem on our side, we refund it.
• We can refuse or remove paid spots for games that break Roblox's rules or these terms, with a refund for unused time.

Buying and selling games

Sale listings are introductions only. Roblox only allows games to change hands for money through a written agreement, a licensed escrow company and Roblox's own ownership transfer tool. Buyers and sellers are responsible for their deal. PlaySurge doesn't hold money or guarantee any sale.
